Have your say on the Local Plan for North East Derbyshire
North East Derbyshire District Council are at the early stages in preparing the new Local Plan for this area.
The Local Plan will set out how the district will develop over the next 20 years. This includes designating land for housing and employment, as well as covering issues such as the environment and access to services and facilities, and providing the basis for decisions on planning applications.
They want your input and are inviting local people to have their say about places you live, work and visit across the area.
Whether it's about housing, transport, green spaces, or local services, your input will help create a plan that reflects the needs and desires of everyone in the community. Sharing your views will help ensure that the Plan covers how these local issues will be tackled.
There are two ways you can get involved, and you are welcome to do both.
