Clay Cross Parish Council owns and administers Clay Cross Social Centre. It was opened in February 1981. Clay Cross Social Centre is a very popular venue for meetings, wedding receptions, parties, jumble sales etc and is available to hire at competative rates.

Clay Cross Social Centre facilities include:

• main hall with stage
• furnished lounge area
• fully equiped kitchen
• fully licensed bar
• beer garden
• large car park

We are licensed for entertainment with a maximum capacity of 200 persons.

A regular programme of activities include:

• Bingo every Wednesday evening.
  Admission 45p per person, books 40p each, flyers 30p each, doors open from 6.30pm. New Members Always Welcome.
• Dance (modern, ballroom, sequence, old time) every Thursday..
  Admission £1.80 per person, doors/bar open from 7pm. New Dancer's Always Welcome.
